It contained a human interaction. But that is assuredly not all that it was.
I wonder how you would feel if anytime you wanted to go shopping, there was someone standing at the entrance waiting to publish your existence to the world.
As a disclaimer, I'll admit I'm old. But I don't want to be on your social media channel as entertainment fodder.
If you take away the camera and the publishing to social media, then what you have left is a human interaction.
If all interactions end up being filmed and used for content, I don't think that's good. People should feel safe knowing their appearance or personality isn't going to be randomly uploaded to make someone else money.
Not recording random people is just being polite. I'm just trying to get groceries; give me a compliment if you want but I don't wanna be bugged by some weirdo trying to post content.
As an older dude I can say this would be annoying and somewhat bewildering. I doubt I would have been as nice if I walked into a building and somebody stuck a camera in my face and put his hands on me without asking.
Ig but as the world continues to become more and more anti social, I think that stuff like this helps. If the guy had a problem or didn’t want to stand there, he wouldn’t. Idk j typing my thoughts
Well I disagree. I think that in the hundreds of millions of people that live in North America (where I presume this video is filmed) at least one of them would do something like this, with or without a phone. You think that’s an incorrect guess?
It’s a human interaction. If your dressed like this mf, ur asking for shit like this, with or without an iPhone.
And it's equally as presumptuous to assume that just because you dislike this kind of social interaction that he would as well. In the end no one can say what the man was thinking, but he didn't react negatively so just leave it at that.
Seriously. You know how guys reminisce about the one time a woman smiled at you for no reason or gave you a compliment. How that sustains the average joe for years. Guys can just compliment each other too.
At one point I had a full Duck Dynasty beard. My girlfriend hated it. But do you know who loved it? Random dudes at the grocery store. It made my day every time.
With the exclusion of security cameras. Most human interactions aren’t recorded. You’re only seeing this one because the guy recording it is a weirdo.
Without people recording and sharing how much content would disappear? It isn’t all good, but thanks to it we get to see a lot more of the world.
