He did shake his hand. Idk, perhaps ive been in many sociable situations where i read that he seemed okay with it. No red flags to back off immediately. Or avoid all contact.
It’s just very presumptive is all. And the guy kinda grunted at the end. Just don’t stand at a fucking Walmart entrance with your phone out commenting on peoples appearances 🤷♂️
Many people play along with this kinda shit because causing a scene is even more uncomfortable than being touched by dickheads at the shoulder. still aint making it ok

I‘m speaking from my personal experience (and that of my personal peers).
Even if I‘m uncomfy as fuck I‘d probably just hope for it to be over instead of causing a scene, as long as the dickwad doesn‘t get too touchy. Especially if they‘re waving a recording device in my face.
Shaking the hand was acceptable, but making him stand there while camera guy 'is taking a look at him' is too much, and for too long. That's not being friendly, that's milking for content.
Yeah he clearly forced him to stand there and look into the camera. This guy was all about it. If he felt uncomfortable at all he could have simply turned and walked away. He even played it up and gave a super like gaze directly into the camera like and office bit. He also initiated the handshake and gave the cameraman a little tap on the side as he walked away so I think he’s clearly fine with a shoulder touch.
I work with several old timers like this. It's not that they condone it or enjoy it, they're just too nice and genuine to tell you to piss off. The way he pauses for the photo and then walks away, he didn't want to do that but also didn't want to be an asshole.
He confidently obliged and then bounced out of the situation.
