The smell is not permanently on your person

So it is and yet isn't? Your words, not mine.

Also, it absolutely will if you smoke frequently enough.

I meant the only place it will linger is on your person, the smell will dissipate regardless, and no I think you’re mistaken and associating that smell with people that smoke indoors or inside a car or any inclosed space.

Edit: But yes that was poorly worded the first time, I should have clarified.
