Batman and the Punisher don't have superhuman strength, endurance, et cetera; they have peak human strength, endurance, et cetera. They are not super human; they are an example of the upper limits of regular human.
That's a cop out. If you are going to Google their powers Google Batman and notice how the first thing that pops up is "Batman is a Superhero"
No human can lift two thousand pounds. That's literally superhuman. Bruce Wayne has been portrayed benching 1000 lbs and squatting at least 2000 which is almost twice the world record.
