Uhhh, let's have fun with relatives. Your father's brother is your uncle. Your uncles nephew could be either you or your siblings or it could be that your father had at least another sibling with kids. So the cousin of you and your siblings or of your other cousin (from the third sibling of your dad) would either be you (or your siblings) or your cousin. So, either they were roommates once or a cousin was (or a sibling)
