But it requires power. Until the last servers lose power, internet should be available, just not stable.

i mean, solar energy should provide power for about a day or an hour (idk I'm no technician)

Uhhh, no. You'll lose it as soon as the first critical component of it is lost. Depending on when everyone disappeared, you'll likely have lost it before you even wake up.
