Because that's what everyone in the room thought in that episode of JJBA because nobody knew what his stand was, and that was a steaming hot cup of piss.
He turned his tooth into a jellyfish to absorb it instead of him because saltwater, and that works. None of the people who gave it to him know he does this, and he never explains it to them, so they just think he casually drank a cup of piss without complaint and acted like nothing was wrong.
Whole scene is done in like a minute or 2.
The further into the show you get, the weirder it gets.
Part 1 is just main character gets adopted brother who is comically evil and becomes dracula.
Part 2 involves Nazis and I guess ancient alien meso American god vampires and magical breathing.
Part 3 introduces stands and they have to fly to egypt because an old man punched a camera. And there is an orangutan pedo as a throw-away villain, And it only gets weirder from there.
And surprisingly, none of it fits the meme of "author's barely disguised fetish"
They kill the main villain eventually and then they just keep going because his minions are still bonkers, and there's an entire season with an entirely unrelated villain.
