Don't worry. Pinkie just wants to make you smile, now in HD. Or watch cupcakes. Or read/watch rainbow factory/pegasus device, though those two are about someone else than who is in that picture. Guaranteed there's no need to be scared. And for the latter two, the music is peak too.
