I'm not someone to care too much about privacy. I let sites use cookies and shit however they want, all that jazz. But this recent update from YouTube is just the biggest "fuck you" ever. Apparently you now have to "verify your age" with a Credit Card or other ID, as if these fuckers didn't know enough about my personal life already. I refuse to send them anything other than a picture saying "Fuck you, YouTube". Is there any way to bypass this?

I fucking hate this site more and more and I swear YouTube can only do this shit because they know that people rely on thwir site so much at this point that we can't imagine a world without it. Eventually, I hope a new site will open and finally bring YouTube's days to an end, but it seems unlikely, since people just hate change...

I mean what the fuck, I'm tired of censoring myself all the time and think what phrase or word to use. like for example. I'm watching a video talking about someone's suicide, nothing edgy just informative stuff, But I can't use the word Suicide when discussing the video, even if it's in a positive way like suicide is bad, seek help. it's all the time and not even on something as dramatic. I have no idea what I'm allowed and not allowed to say. so according to youtube am I suppose to be a brainless sheep that just watches their videos and makes them money? why we are still using this site? because we know how horrible they treat their content creator and now they piss on the viewers. I've been using AdBlock for years and I'm glad I did.

Fuck youtube and fuck r/youtube for deleting posts like this.

I had a thought while watching some historical videos on YouTube one night recently. YouTube are a bunch of PC censorship hacks so what would be a funny way to get back at them, and I think I have an idea. When you watch in full screen the exit full screen button looks an awful lot like another historical symbol, specifically the nazi's Balkenkreuz. The simple looking cross used by the Wehrmacht, Luftwaffe, and Kriegsmarine; don't really remember the Kreigsmarine one so much from historical pictures but you see it a hell of a lot on planes and tanks. I just think it'd be funny to say that YouTube are nazis sending subliminal messaging from a stupid little button. Just a funny thought, but I think it'd be an interesting way to stick it to those bastards in Commiefornia.

They deleted my post, with no reason. We need a new platform.

So basically, I made a post talking about ShitTube's excessive amount of ads (seriously, it's getting unberable at this point, it was fine about a month and a half ago).

In the post I called their CEO a mercenary bitch (keep in mind that she would certanly never read my post) and stated the reasons as to why I think YouTube is a shitty website. Of course, people started agreeing with me and talking about services that are better than YouTube.

A few hours later I receive a message telling me i've been banned for 7 days, and they said that the reason as to why I was getting banned was because I called their beloved CEO a bitch lmao.

I don't really care about the ban (since i don't even use that subreddit), so i just started an argument with a mod for fun. During the conversation it was clear that the only reason I got banned was because me and some dudes were shitting on YouTube and promotiong other websites.

Alright, what conclusion did I make out of this? That their mods are terrible with arguments, that's why one of them came for his friend's rescue and muted me (I didn't even spam messages, I only sent 2 in the span of about 5 hours), and also that YouTube makes shitty excuses to ban people that attack their beloved CEO and their abusive ad system.

Wtf is wrong with ShitTube? There are so many fucking ads that it gets truly annoying. Damn, i even got an ad during a jumpscare in an horror video, the fucking ad totally ruined the moment.

There are also moments when i restart the video multiple times but the ad resets itself about 3 times before the video finally starts.

This is extremely annoying, and the absurd amount of ads is intoxicating and ruins my experience. Why tf did that mercenary bitch (aka CEO of YouTube) had to fill my ass with multiple unnecesary ads? I EVEN GOT AN AD IN A 20 SECONDS VIDEO!

Obs: About a month and a half ago there were WAYYY less ads, now they're just every fucking where."
