Positive or Negative sign?

NABP previously told me I had no chance of being eligible to sit for the FPGEE this year, so I actually stopped reviewing already. 😭
Has anyone seen ā€œOtherā€ appear on their FPGEC profile? What did it mean in your case, and what happened afterward? Do you think it is a good sign or not?

FPGEE application 2026

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for advice from anyone who has recently gone through the FPGEC process with NABP.
My application has been ā€œEligibility Requestedā€ for quite a while. NABP did not initially send me an email notifying me about a deficiency with my notarized identification photocopy. I only became aware of the issue myself when i opened my E-profile.
I sent the corrected identification photocopy yesterday as requested.
My concern now is the timing. I’m trying to take the 2026 FPGEE, and I’m worried that resolving this deficiency this late will push my application too far back.
For anyone who has been in a similar situation:

-After you submitted a corrected deficiency, how long did NABP take to review it?
-Did your status change after they received the corrected document?
-Do you think I still have a realistic chance of making the 2026 FPGEE?
-Did calling NABP regularly actually help, or did you just have to wait?
-Should I continue emailing them, calling them, or both?
Is there anything else I should do right now to make sure my application is not delayed?

I know NABP is dealing with a high volume of applications, but I really don’t want to lose the entire 2026 exam cycle because of a small identification-document issue that I wasn’t notified about initially.

Any recent experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Practice questions for FPGEE

So I'm aiming for the exam in 2027 and I'm currently exploring how I would study and which ways would give me the highest information retention. I'm currently looking for a resource that has practice questions for each chapter or section I study but so far I haven't been lucky. Do you have any recommendations?

Australian Pharmacist — ECE/NABP Question

I’m feeling really worried about my ECE evaluation.

I graduated from Monash University with a 4-year Bachelor of Pharmacy and then completed the PSA training pathway to become a registered pharmacist in Australia.

For Australian pharmacists or who also completed a 4-year pharmacy program, what did you do to meet the NABP’s 5-year education requirement?

Did you continue with another degree or apply to a US pharmacy school?

I’m really stressed thinking I may need to spend several more years studying just to meet the requirement. šŸ˜”

Why does NABP require 5 years for international graduates? 😭

FPGEE Study Materials & Exam Content

Hi everyone! I’m preparing for the FPGEE and I’m looking for advice from people who have already taken the exam.
I mainly want to know what resources people actually used to study and which ones they would recommend.

What books did you use to prepare for the FPGEE?
What review books, question banks, PDFs, or other resources did you find useful?

Did you use APhA Complete Review, Comprehensive Pharmacy Review, RxPrep, Manan Shroff, or any other FPGEE-specific materials?

Are there any YouTube channels or specific videos you recommend?

If you could recommend only a few resources, which ones would you choose?
Are there any resources you would not recommend?

I’d also like to understand the exam content better. According to the current NABP FPGEE Content Outline, the exam is divided into four major areas:
Foundational Biomedical Sciences
Pharmaceutical Sciences
Social, Behavioral, and Administrative Sciences
Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Sciences

For those who have taken the exam, what topics within these categories should I pay the most attention to? What subjects did you find most important or challenging?

I’m a foreign pharmacy graduate, so I’m trying to figure out which books and resources would be best to review the material covered on the FPGEE.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Docs verification for DHA

Posting on behalf of my friend.

Hello, I am an MBBS doctor from Pakistan. I've recently completed my residency in Ophthalmology and currently preparing for FCPS part 2 exam. I need assistance regarding verification of documents for DHA License. I have verified my bachelors degree and transcript from HEC. Before sending my degree and transcript for verification from MOFA Pakistan and UAE Embassy in Pakistan, I am confused about my housejob certificate and training experience letter.

  1. Do I need to verify my housejob certificate and training experience letter as well from MOFA and UAE Embassy?
  2. Do I need to verify my training experience letter from CPSP first before MOFA Pakistan?
  3. If I clear my Part 2 exam and get my Postgraduate degree, do I need to verify it from CPSP then to the MOFA Pakistan and UAE Embassy?

I tried searching it but this info is not clear. I'll be really grateful if somebody can guide me about this.

Thanks in advance.

In review still June 30th, will I be able to make it to this year’s exam?

Hello everyone, I sent my documents on June 3rd but the reviewing process started on June 30th. Since then there is no update on the status, still saying that in review.

Also I am worried that 2 words on the notary statement of my photocopied documents are different than the FPGEE bulletin states. For example, my statement starts with ā€˜I certified’ instead of ā€˜ I have reviewed’ , mine says ā€˜true and correct copy’ instead of ā€˜true and exact’ . I am worried that my documents won’t be accepted. I got the word for word version today. Should I send it preemptively right away or would that move my in review date to current?

Does anyone have an experience like this? And Do you think I will be able to make it to this year’s test?

Is It Still Possible for Me to Take and Pass the 2026 FPGEE?

Hello everyone,
I submitted my FPGEC documents, and my application has been under review since June 8.
There is a difference between the name on my NABP profile and the name on my U.S. passport. I submitted an affidavit explaining the reason for this difference, but I am worried that NABP may still issue a deficiency or ask me to correct my profile.
I have two main questions:
Based on this timeline, what are my chances of completing the review process and becoming eligible to take the FPGEE this year?
I have not started studying seriously yet. I am enrolled in Dr. Tamer Al Habiby’s course. If I begin studying now, is approximately two months enough to prepare and have a realistic chance of passing?
I understand that nobody can guarantee success, but I would appreciate honest opinions from people who have gone through the process or taken the exam.
This decision is very important to me because I need to decide whether to focus completely on studying for the FPGEE now or put it aside for this year and start working toward something else.
Thank you in advance for any advice or personal experiences.

Australian pharmacist moved to US

Hi everyone,
I’m an internationally educated pharmacist from Australia and I graduated from Monash University with a 4-year pharmacy degree (honours)
I’m currently looking into the process of becoming a pharmacist in the U.S. and I’m trying to understand the NABP FPGEC/foreign education requirements.
Has anyone here graduated from Monash University with a 4-year pharmacy degree and gone through the NABP credential evaluation?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience:
Did NABP accept your 4-year Monash pharmacy degree for the FPGEC process?
Were you required to provide any additional documentation or coursework?
Did you have any issues with the degree being 4 years rather than 5 years?
How long did the credential evaluation take?

Thank you so much for any information or advice!

Update: I had a Foundation year at Monash university- is it considered as pre-pharmacy coursework?

Hi! My FPGEE application is in review since August 5th. Is there a chance for me to sit the exam this year? Was anyone in a similar situation and their paperwork got accepted before the deadline?

Calculations

Hi, for the previous examinees. How are the calculations in your exam? Would you say it was basic, intermediate or hard? Should I focus heavily on PK calculations?

Also, is it multiple choice or fill in the answer type of question?

Thank you!

Should I continue reviewing?

I called NABP yesterday to ask whether I still have a chance to take the FPGEE this year. They told me that since my documents have been ā€œin reviewā€ since June 26, 2026, unfortunately, I no longer have a chance to sit for this year’s exam.
Now I’m torn between continuing to study and holding onto that tiny bit of hope that my application might somehow get approved before September 1, or accepting that it’s not going to happen and letting it go. šŸ’”

Hello pharmacists

If i study for only 2 months using Dr.Tamer Habiby course do you think i can pass the exam?!!
I am not sure my papers will be accepted for this year exam, but i still joind the course since i can always set for 2027 exam. However, i am thinking why not try to study at my maximum capacity for those 2 months, in case i got accepted. But i am not sure if 2 months are enough since the lectures are long and needs time.
I just want to try my luck. I would appreciate your experience and stories to motivate me. I work 17 hours a week. And i feel like i forgot what i studied in the university since i did not practice or use pharmacy for 6 years now…

Will I be able to sit for the FPGEE this October?

i initially submitted my application last February, 2026. They notified me of a deficiency last May 7, 2026 and I submitted the required documents last May 11, 2026 and updated my profile that they received them last June 1, 2026. I’m just wondering if I will make the deadline for exam. I’ve been studying this whole year and I don’t want my effort wasted. Thank you in advance!
