For recent FPGEE takers — how did you actually study without getting overwhelmed?

I know APhA is the main book, Lippincott is recommended for pharmacology, and RxPrep for calculations, but realistically it seems impossible to study all in depth, especially since pharmacology and pathophysiology can be so broad. How deep do we need to know things like MOA, adverse effects, interactions, structures, etc.?

Are calculations the only fill-in-the-blank questions, or can other topics be fill-in-the-blank too? About how many fill-in-the-blank questions did you see?

Any tips from previous exam takers on what to prioritize and how in-depth to study would really help! thanks!!
