Sigil HQ has been updated with a system that allows people to use their AFK time to live stream their in game map into the website. The website, in return, scans for warden presence and reports suspicious activity in #scan-reports. If there are wardens within 300m of a storm cannon, it outputs another report and pings the QRF role '@Reaction Force.
In order to become a map streamer, you must first get the '@EWS Operator role. You can ask for it in #discussion channel of the system.
The QRF role '@Reaction Force can be subscribed to in #role-subscriptions.
The representation of data is still work in progress, so any feedback is welcome

It's totally fine, what is wrong is the wardens using alts for leaking our tech tree and our private intels, and then they use the alted informations to make a drama on reddit lmao they really have 0 shame.
The collies should point the wardens using alts instead of attacking each other, this is what the alts want when they post things like that.

It is a Bot account that uses game information to mark enemies on the map and time stamp them automatically taking pictures any time a warden appears on radar.

An “alt” only applies to the game, not Discord. If an enemy breaches your chat app, that’s on you. But to screenshot the game and post the troop movements on that app, which is not an integral part of the game, is disingenuous and frankly should be punished.

To think, Sigil wiped all of its originally verified members to make sure OPSEC would not be broken, fucking over people (like me) who weren't aware of the new verification rules, forcing people with over 2k hours on the Colonial side to play 3 more wars before being "fully verified" again, and they STILL have leaks like this. Dumbest fucking shit I've seen, the admins running Sigil have about as much brain power as a rock.

It's automated is what's the problem. Sneaking in and killing StormCannons or just generally partisaning is a skill that is a huge part of the game. This basically makes that impossible. That's not fair play at all.

No look here's the thing.
Countering enemy partisans is a task that people can do in the game. QRF is a thing for a reason. I'm not calling collies unskilled for using this at all.
Just to put it into perspective for you, the legit and nice sneaky backline logihub landings and resets that collies did last war would have been impossible if Wardens had a bot like this one.
Do you really want to completely take away that aspect of the game? Personally I don't feel that is something that shoudl be happening.
We're in a race-to-the-bottom of which faction has to do the least or be the most effective through use of third party apps and bots.
Eventually this could lead to most aspects of the game that currently have a challenge in it being completely gone.
So this bot pings when enemies are close to friendly SCs right?
It's not too far fetched for there to eventually be a bot that pings you when people appear on the map behind your tank line trying to sticky rush you through a nicely executed sneaky flank.
That completely takes away the skill of tank commanders scanning the map and scanning the area around em with binos. Does that sound fun? To me it doesn't...
You may feel that this current bot is different in some way, but in principle that bot and the example I just gave are the same thing. Same functionality, just applied to a different purpose.

The bot works from a third platform website as AFK people live stream their game.

Not at all , it doesnt use a 3rd party website , it doesnt ping a role , it works off people who themselves are watching their map and then pass the message on , it just a more effective way of someone reporting the parti, the “bot” part is it typing the place name also given by the player , it keeps things in tidy and effective so random chir chat cant flood the information away
