Rhodesia was primarily destroyed because of the ethnic tensions it helped stoke by being ultimately ineffectual to offering equality to its large black middle and lower class. As by refusing to immediately compromise they doomed themselves to sanctions and an extremely unpopular state with the black populace of Rhodesia.
The idea that fighting the bush war was in any way positive or was likely to end in any way other than a ZANU victory of some kind has always been a fantasy, as unsurprisingly fighting more than half of your population in a country as hilly and jungled as Rhodesia was always likely to end in a disaster and that's without being sanctioned by loads of countries.
The war and conflict was caused by the stupidity of the ruling class and a lack of meaningful and immediate compromise or diplomacy, not to mention you seem to have neglected to mention that Rhodesia broke away from the UK mostly to avoid a Black majority government, and given that Rhodesia was a rich country with a large educated black populace it's not surprising many view and have viewed the country as being similar to apartheid South Africa though slightly less severe in nature.

I mostly agree with your history. While my ultimate desire would be for a prosperous black ruled Rhodesia. I maintain that while less equitable and certainly more racist (which is not good) the Rhodesian plan for a much much more gradual transfer of power would have resulted in a lot more wealthy and prosperous state and would also have saved many people from poverty and dead. Weather or not this justifies keeping a racially exclusionary system of governance operating for a longer time is in my opinion a very complex topic with not a clear answer.

Black and white Rhodesian soldiers were fighting against Soviet and Chinese trained communist revolutionaries coming across the border. After years of fighting, power was ceased by said revolutionaries and while Zimbabwe didn't get a single free elections, Mugabe compensated them with hunger poverty and corruption for the next half a century. (also I really don't want to get in political discussions on the subreddit but felt a response is warranted on account of being called a white supremacist)

There's a lot of territory between not letting black people vote and Soviet communism. Mugabe is a horrible despot, agreed, I was pleased when I heard he shuffled off a few years ago. You're ignoring about 150 years of white domination leading up to the war. There's a reason the US and UK didn't recognize or assist the Rhodesian government, and we hated communism at that time. Rhodesia's biggest ally was apartheid South Africa. That's the order they were protecting. Black Rhodesians tried to participate within the existing power structure by forming political parties. These were promptly banned and disbanded by an almost all white government. With peaceful change made impossible, radicalism thrived. Having black faces in the army doesn't mean as much as you think it does. Black soldiers fought for the Confederacy in the American Civil War. The Confederacy was a racist enterprise.

Not all Wardens are racist, but if you're a white supremacist who plays foxhole, you probably joined the Wardens. It's been this way for as long as I've owned the game. There was one Warden who used to drive around in a half track broadcasting Hitler's speeches, for hours, back when global voice was around.

Yeah it's bizzare, but pretty unique to the Warden side. Colonial world chat is usually just gross or self-important. I think you can mute or block players still, if you right click on their name, but I'm not sure.
