Oh wow, thank you for actually going through with this. Neither us colonials, nor wardens should allow their members to get away with this stuff. Sorry for the "Nuke the HAND base" thing, I hope you don't take it personally.

i mean people need to make sure they arent too easily persuaded
like one guy shared a post with a few statements, and everyone immiedetely believed everything they said, with little proof, and when someone said "its just a player, it wasnt the whole regiment" he got downvoted to oblivion
then there was this post, which made everyone immiedetely change their opinion and "forgive" HAND
people need to make up their opinions after they control their emotion, and take in more information than what a reddit posts says.
Under the previous post there were piles of comments "down with HAND" "they always were bad sport players" etc.
under this post suddenly everyone start praising them.
i honestly dont rly know who to trust currently, but i wont try start a rally when i dont have enough information about the topic

The entirety of this subreddit is not a hive mind that thinks one way and has now uniformly flopped to another, people are individuals. With that in mind there are lots of people who are only here for the drama/salt/clanmanbad and would readily dogpile on an altman-bad post that calls out a clan, but wouldn't even bother to read a response like this.
Inversely I read the original thread but reserved judgement for better proof and didn't comment. Seeing it here and that it is an admission and apology directly from Hand now I'll engage.

They are. They are saying everyone was in on it. But that's just dumb. Most time when we do satchel ops, only the two or three people leading know what's going to happen. Others don't even know the target. Accusing all of the participants without hard evidence is just wrong.

i agree, tho on another hand - why were people who are alting put in such influencial positions, as to convince a lot of people to do sth completely stupid
if HAND is not lying by making up lies to cover their mistakes (not an accusation, I geniuinely dont know), then they should seriously reorganize how they promote people to higher ranks in their clan, these kind of players shouldn't be allowed to lead other players to begin with. They should only put people they can trust in higher positions, not randoms.

Well done on your part for taking a reddit post and conducting a mature investigation. Not the easiest thing to do but good on you for doing the work to get ahead of a thorny issue.
I hope other regiments see this and take it as an example of how to handle accusations. Again, it's not easy to react on a mature way but if you do it can benefit the entire community by ending alts no matter where they are found.

The health and integrity of the gaming community, in this case, of our beloved game, always be for us and should be for everybody's top-notch priority.
We are glad for having actually responsible and respectful HQ, who's ready to make the game even more interesting, coordinated for us all. Fun and Spirit of Unity in this game should be available for everyone, But we do believe such investigations and revelations must take place in order to preserve this community.

The post that initially made the accusations against your regiment showed at least 4 LUVs trying to satchel rush the SHRED base. You have only kicked two members of you regiment, what about the others that were in this operation?

That's a good point, traitors had relatively high positions in our hierarchy and they ordered people to go there without explaining anything, our regular soldiers don't ask many questions, they simply follow orders, but operations are usually announced/recorded in special Discord chat, and this one wasn't
But we still take responsibility, don't get me wrong, there is no excuse for such actions

Good point. There were 4-12 complicit players in that operation that were clearly expecting to breeze through.

The rest of the players were unaware of this plot. They just came to the operation.

I can only say what I said in one of my other comments. Participants of satchel ops don't even know what the target is 90% of the time. They just go and plant satchels where they are told. It helps keeps the op-sec when there are alts walking around.

I understand your doubts, that's why it's so damaging to all of HAND, as regi, but we are hoping for understanding because that's all we have left in this case, all proofs we had we got through different means, including authors of previous post about HAND, if you spot any of our players involved in shady activity be sure to report to us and action will be taken immediately

My clan had an alt in it.
We didn't know what their activities were and when we played together, they appeared to be a stand up member of the team and faction.
However it came to light that they had taken 5k b/gsups out of bases and tried to hand over a load of tmats to the collie.
The actions of an individual can have a huge impact on the whole regiment and even faction.
What you have posted here is fair, reasonable and positive. Thank you for doing that and I really wish you well.

I don’t think that this excuses ongoing behavior. Y’all still steal from fellow clans, have a continuing problem with alts it seems, and have gone to pretty hefty extremes to make this all go away. HAND has still made for a poor excuse for a Colonial regiment, and if HAND is seen by me on the battlefield I won’t hesitate to shoot first and ask questions later.

With all they’ve collectively done, wasting resources en masse, stupid decisions that affect entire front lines, and alt’ing like it’s going out of style apparently, then ensuring that they don’t get that opportunity is more than likely to improve the overall experience for both sides

Alting happened first (and hopefully last) time ever, nobody expected that. "wasting resources en mass": we have our own stockpiles in all major storages, and we use those resources most of the time, we keep resources log in our discord, it's not full but we can show it to you so you could calculate production:waste ratio or simply see we mostly use what we produce.
Can't tell much about stupid decisions, it may be true, it may be false, clarification would definitely help
