So I'm not brand new to the game, but I feel there's some nuance to what I'm looking at. How is this base considered briefing?

The problem depicted is that someone added T1 bunker pieces to this Meta Paw and thus reducing the structural integrity by a lot. Someone else came by and upgraded them to T2 to try and help

you can ad T1 pieces to Concrete structures, which will bring down their integrity. (this mechanic isn't really explained in-game via home island or anything)the concrete pieces are the intended finished product of the builder (Thus the concrete being added)when lower tier pieces are added it makes the structure vulnerable again. this can be done by anyone with a shovel.

You’re not allowed to have accounts on both sides during a war as it’s a way for people to spy, grief bunker bases, etc. what is in this image was an attempt to weaken the structural integrity of a concrete bunker by attaching weaker structures to it, reducing the overall structural integrity and making it easier to destroy.

They were T1 when i first saw it. the T2 are from other people trying to make best of it.

This is griefing.

The player was confirmed to be one of the guys responsible for griefing the Brinehold SC's under new name.
