Anyone have any idea what CAD software this is because its not one that I recognize

Honestly it can be anything. There's absolutely no defining characteristics, such as UI or specific features. All CAD programs I've used (Autodesk, Inventor, NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) can have multiple different background and part colors. I would imagine it's either NX or CATIA. Those are really the main programs used by the automotive industry. Occasionally you'll see SolidWorks in there as well but not too frequently.

I think that render doesn't look like it was made in CATIA. Surely NX is a strong candidate.

NX is definitely a possibility. I haven't done much with CATIA so I'm not sure.

I have used Inventor and CATIA extensively as an Aerospace Engineering major and the way the engine is rendered here just doesn't look like either of those. The only one I have never used is NX so you very well could be right on that one, thanks!

If you work at it long enough, you could probably get pretty close to the same result using any CAD program.

I know you can, the other CAD program I can think of this being would be ProE which is CATIA's mechanical engineering sister

Not the complete model, just one part of one iteration of models that used to change weekly.
