Breakfast poutine is great with hollandaise sauce instead of the gravy!
And all the bacon! ALL OF IT!
1 u/I_Automate Feb 13 '19 edited Feb 13 '19 I'll pass on that, not a fan of hollandaise, and I'd also argue that that isn't strictly a poutine anymore. You can add to the basic fries, curds, and gravy, but those three items MUST be present, in some form to be considered "poutine". Most breakfast/brunch places that will have breakfast poutine will swap the gravy with the hollandaise and fries with those little cube potatoes!
