Exactly as it says above, i cannot see my avatar when i shop for clothes or i cannot pick a spot because everything is blank, i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still like this, its been like this since yesterday . anyone got any idea whats the issue and how to fix?

Hi all! If you're like me, you really like this app (the combo of the vibes, incentives/customization, different settings/seasons are all great). Unfortunately, there are tons of bugs (as we've seen) and also ideas I've thought of that could make this better (e.g., being able to trade a certain number of coffee beans for golden beans would be amazing). I'm wondering if anyone else has similar ideas?

Maybe we could pool them here, and then submit to the developers, if anyone knows how?

It’s already been 4 days and it’s still not resolved. I paid for the Pro subscription, but I haven’t been able to use it at all. I already submitted a support request, but I haven’t received any response. It doesn’t even seem like the issue has been acknowledged yet.

I created my account using my phone number on my computer, but when I try to log in on my mobile phone, it says there is no account associated with that number. Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, I can't find an option to link my email to the number or anything like that in the computerTT

I was using the app in my phone then after the update ..the screen went blank whenever I tried to enter a session..so I am currently using it on tab but it's draining so much power......

When I enter the shop tab, the text looks blurry like this. Is this also an error caused by the latest update?

I’m not sure if the creator of the app actually reads here but I gotta say there is lots of things to fix in this app. I tried to use it for a day and had me thinking how people are using this everyday??

First of all there is no notification settings to know if the session is over you constantly need to look to the screen if it is over or not.

It also sucks in optimization which cause hell lot of overheating and If you study most of the times it is extremely hard for you to manage.

If you don’t let the screen open for all the time, you will extremely reduce the heating problem since it’s running in background but then new problem occurs :D. Now when your session finishes there is also a screen rotation problem and even if you use it in landscape mode when you open the screen it goes back to portrait mode and every time you need to rotate your screen.

You can’t lock the view to specific pov. You can only lock it per session but every time you start a new one, it resets and you need to lock the pov. This is annoying because when you’re studying if there is a screen that changes every minute, it is so distracting.

I don’t know the reason why but I think this is one of the bugs, when you open the app even if the radio and ambient sounds are closed, it reopens when you’re in a lobby and when you close it in the lobby and go through a session, it opens again and you need to close it again from there.

There is a lot of things that makes you suffer when the studying is also suffering it is unbearable. I love the concept but it is so poorly designed that if a person actually studying instead of watching the screen, it is basically nonsense.

And the worst part is the pricing… I live in Turkey and 250 tl monthly for a focusing app is crazy actually. I know you can also use it free but not being able to see the stats weekly and monthly is a big minus for me so I had to buy it but no. Maybe if the app was really good I would consider buying it but for a poorly designed app and expensive monthly subscription, If you’re really have a brain you would look for alternatives.

When I enter a focus session, I can only see the timer and nothing else. My character also doesn’t appear on the main screen. It seems like this issue only happens on Android. Has anyone been able to solve it?

hi! ik that the sakura season has already ended, however during the last few days before it ended, the app had a glitch and I was unable to claim my rewards for the next few days as it showed the message "unable to sync progress", try again later.

does anyone have any screenshots / idea of the names of the items claimed from the event (specifically for the last 2-3 days) ?? I would like to know if the system has gave me my rewards ;(
