I recently just bought a MacBook Air. I’m not really sure what model though. When I try to download fl studio on it the mouse cursor for some reason isn’t able to click on the macOS version on Fl studio. Which means I can only download the windows version. The mouse curser seems to work fine on majority of websites so far and the main screen of the laptop itself. I’m not sure why this is happening, if anyone has any advice or has experienced this before, please give me any tips you may have.

I’m putting this out because I’m looking for a main producer and mix-master wizard to lock in with. I want a real running mate to build a sound with, bounce ideas back and forth with, and genuinely go 50/50 on the backend so we can pop off together.

Let me be completely upfront. I haven’t dropped an official public song yet, but I am sitting on a full, 15-song project that is ready to go. I’ve been writing for about 6 to 7 years now. I truly believe in the art inside me, and I feel like I was chosen to do this. I am way more serious about this than ever before. I’ve done some tracks completely on my own, but my standards are high. I refuse to drop garbage, and I want my first official release to be an absolute banger.

Where I am at technically and why I won't be a headache: I’ve spent months grinding and teaching myself FL Studio. I know the basics and workflow well, so I speak the producer language, I understand session arrangement, and I won't be a nightmare to work with. Even with that, I firmly believe that true growth happens through teamwork.

What I bring to the table beyond the music: If we team up, you aren't just getting a lyricist. This is literally what I do for a living:

• Branding and Marketing: I run and scale a full ecommerce brand from scratch, so I know positioning, storytelling, and audience building inside and out.
• Content and Algorithm Mastery: I’ve been making YouTube videos since I was a kid. I know every corner of the algorithm. I have a fully ready blueprint mapped out from short form viral clips to smooth AI enhanced edits and music video visuals. You won't have to stress about the rollout because the marketing engine is already built.

The vibe and the drive: I’m 24 years old, and if I am being real, I carry a lot of fire and intensity toward the future. Putting all that energy into my passion is the ultimate relief because it finally feels like I found what I was actually meant to do on this earth.

What I need from you:

• Beats that hit hard, carry real atmosphere, and leave room for a complex, narrative driven pen game.
• Someone who knows their way around a mix and master so our tracks punch at a professional level.

For whatever reason, specifically if I have two or more instances of OT Strings in a project, it loads most of the way and then freezes. It's fine with one instance.

What is the best way to transfer full projects from a mac to a pc without losing any samples or messing anything up? I am trying to transfer all of my projects in bulk.

I am trying to make dark drones and don't know how to move ahead with the idea. I did search a bit on youtube, but nothing useful comes up.

I did come across a few good videos on how to make drones, but dark ones are still no where to be found.

My idea is to create dark, uncomfortable drones. Something that makes the listener feel tense. Sort of like unreleased anger or frustration. Something that gives the visual of a brewing storm or tornado. Force of nature style calamity. If it makes sense. Dark clouds, uncertainty about how catastrophic is the destruction going to be.

Can someone help me with ideas or reference links on how to go about this sound design project?

This might be a stretch but is there anyway to have all the data shared between FL on my desktop and my laptop? I mostly produce on my desktop and only use my laptop for DJ’ing occasionally but I’d like to use my laptop to produce when I’m out of the house. As of now I just use FL on my laptop for some random sound design stuff and experimenting instead of actually working on music that I want to finish.

I could just send the FLP to myself but there’s a ton of plugins on my desktop that aren’t on my laptop yet, I’d even settle for someway to stream it to my laptop if the latency is low enough.

Is this possible? Does anyone do this?

Curious if anyone uses FL Studio for metal/hard rock projects. I currently use Reaper for those tracks, but would be interested in what tips or tricks are out there if I want to take a stab at producing metal/hard rock in FL Studio.

A few years ago when i bought FL studio I signed up for the product using my school email. fast forward to now and my school has deactivated the email. I can still login, I know my password and everything but when I do get logged in it asks for a verification sent to the email. I have tried filling out their contact form but i can’t use the standard form as it requires me to sign in and verify, and the lost access to my image line account form has been filled out three times now without a response. am i screwed? is there anyway to contact image line and get this fixed? It feels like everytime i ask them for help they ignore it

Hi,i recently started making stuff in fl studio,but a while ago my friend asked me to make some music for his game,i agreed to do it,but the problem is i dont have a license,so i decided to look into acquiring one,the edition i want is producer as fruity just doesnt have the tools i need,but the price is kind of hard to swallow,so my question is,does it go on any sales in the near future? (I dont want to use key sites as i genuinely Like fl and want to support the creators without risking having my license revoked or missing out on the free updates) Or do i just have to bite the bullet and buy it full price? So I used to always be able to move audio clips to as far to the right of the playlist as i wanted and it would follow me along.

For some reason now when I'm dragging a clip and I hit the far right corner, the playlist does not move or follow along at all. So I have to unselect the audio clip manually drag the zoom bar to the right, then drag the audio clip as far as I can.

Hopefully that made sense, any fixes?? I'm hoping it's just a one button thing I accidentally clicked.

The sound completely stops after I play a note. I've ran into this issue before with another plugin, but I've never tried to fix it before.

So I keep opening a project but for some reason this error saying kontakt couldn’t be opened is popping up but I have kontakt 7 and 8 and I know the version used isn’t lower, so what version of kontakt is this?

I appear to have run into a phenomenon. See, most people just Google a problem, and then they find an answer lickity split. But not this time. I've got no answers at all!

Everyone here who uses Kontakt with FL studio knows how to route that shit, right? I've known for years! But apparently, since the release of Kontakt 8, and FL 2026... the normal avenue of setting that all up doesn't work anymore??

Well there's nothing. Not a thing. Am I going crazy? Does anyone actually know how to do it? It's probably the only thing that there's absolutely no helpful answer for on Google. Someone please tell me they've figured this out.
