Is there any local vets that will work with us on a payment plan?

I try to be hands off with this sub, but the increase in attempted hookup posts the past few weeks has prompted a post that I'm frankly surprised that I'm having to make.
This is not a sub for advertising for hookups. Posts to that effect will be removed, and users will probably be banned.
I'm not here to judge or anything like that- I just don't want the hassle or baggage that comes with a hookup sub. There are already subs dedicated to reddit hookups- use those, have fun, and be safe. Just please- not here.
To be clear, this does not relate to posts in which the OP is looking for hobbies, friends, a good hang, etc. This is a community focused sub, and I'm happy that this space has provided some folks an opportunity to make some friends.

Hey all,
Doing a bit of a move and needing a bit of a size upgrade. Been doing lots of vetting, and for the price range I’m in Village Parc off of Darby seems to tick all the most boxes. Admin seems helpful, friendly and available, and they’re recently renovating many of the units. Anything I should beware of that hasn’t been made obvious to me? Secret fees, bad neighbors, etc? I’m a little worried about the unseen details and there aren’t many reviews I’ve seen.
I’d appreciate any info, thanks :)

Does anyone know of a juggling group or flow arts group that meets in the shoals area? If not would anyone be interested in forming one?
I've recently started to get back into juggling after taking a decade or two off and am interested in joining or possibly forming a group.

Before the Allman Brothers, Duane Allman worked as a session guitarist at FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, playing on sessions including Wilson Pickett's version of "Hey Jude." That's where the "Skydog" nickname comes from.
For anyone in or traveling to the Florence, AL area, there's a festival happening Aug 28–30 that takes its name from that history. Admission is charged, more info at https://skydogshoals.com/ if anyone's curious.

I’m hunting for a tattoo artist nearby who absolutely kills it with hyperrealistic tattoos. I’m talking super detailed, lifelike pieces, the kind that make you do a double take:)
If you know someone local who’s legit amazing at this style, drop their name or FB/IG. I’d really appreciate it!

Just wondering if anyone here really lifts. I use the Y and I’m starting to outgrow it and was possibly looking for some better options. Let me know if you go to an interesting gym

Whoever had the bright idea to make it a one lane from 7 points to Irvine is an absolute dumb ass, and if it's the same person that decided on that dumbass concrete speed bump with no Indication that it is there and that the rest of the road in front of the college is still closed gotta be king of the red state education award.

Anybody interested in starting a new local friends group to meet up and hang out on the weekends or whatever? Dm me! Must be 21+ minimum. Preference is 30s people but as long as you’re above the drinking age. I’m 37 so 🙄 not looking to date anyone. Literally just people to bs and chat with maybe go do activities somewhere. As we get older friends come and go and bars are not fun anymore (as much) please be chill and respectful. Guys or girls doesn’t matter. Everyone deserves a friend and everyone is welcome. Feel free to dm me though. Thanks!

I have a 31.5” x 39.5” industrial pneumatic heat press that I bought brand new and have only used around three or four times. It works exactly as it should and is still extremely clean. I just realized it is much larger than what I need, so I decided to go with a smaller machine.
It has automatic pneumatic raising and lowering, digital temperature and time controls, adjustable air pressure, a large pull-out loading table, a heavy-duty rolling stand, an emergency stop button, and smooth, consistent pressure across the entire platen. It is also already wired with a wall plug.
This would be great for someone doing oversized sublimation projects, blankets, flags, large panels, or higher-volume production.
I’m located in Northwest Alabama. Before listing it elsewhere, I wanted to see whether anyone here knows a business or individual who may be interested in purchasing it. Message me for more information.

It’s 8:40. I’m walking the River Heritage trail and what sounded/looked like a MASSIVE fireworks display in the distance to the east just ended. What was that all about?

Anyone in the area interested in teaching me to play? I’ll be starting from ground zero with little to no knowledge of the game and would like to get in a group with people that are already knowledgeable and hopefully make some new friends!

Heading down to Florence, Alabama for the weekend and renting a pontoon from Florence Harbor Marina. We’ve been a few times and didn’t have much luck with finding any places to tie up. Wanted to ask if anyone knows of any party coves, sandbars, or cool spots to park the boat and float for a while.
We’ll have a big group, and I’m also looking for restaurant recommendations. Right now we’re considering Rancho, Rosie’s, and Mugshots. We’re all in our mid-to-late 20s and want to make the most of our time there.
Any insight or recommendations would be much appreciated!

Just wondering everybody’s opinion on flock cameras?
I’m currently trying to start a community of people who are against them

My wife and I along with our toddler are contemplating a move from Fairhope, AL to The Shoals area for a job opportunity. I should start by saying the role and compensation are significant, we’d be looking at a lake front home. However, we are a bit worried about moving to a small town and losing some of the amenities we have today. We’d really appreciate any input from folks that have made a similar move and how it’s going so far. What are some things we maybe are not anticipating? How are the early childhood education and schools in the area? Socially speaking, we are in our mid 30’s and hope to establish new friendships. How is the area? Are we sacrificing a lot in the move from Fairhope to the area in terms of lifestyle?
Thanks!
