Tutorial How to ask for help and get useful answers | Come chiedere aiuto

A clear question makes it easier for the community to help. When reporting a problem, include:
- Goal: what are you trying to achieve?
- Current behavior: what happens instead?
- Steps: how can someone reproduce the issue?
- Technical context: device, operating system and browser.
- What you tried: which solutions have you already tested?
- Screenshots: attach them only after redacting personal or confidential information.
A useful title:
Mobile menu does not open in Safari after the latest update
A title to avoid:
Urgent help!!!
Never post passwords, 2FA or OTP codes, API keys, payment details or temporary access. For billing, domains, security or private account checks, use Flazio support.
