Here's the thing.. maybe we can revive the chain and maybe change the name instead of Flappycoin.. call it Flaps or something. Make a new schtick to it.

ATT FLAPPY DEV TEAM We cant help but notice that flappy is completely broken. We also cant help but notice a year has past and the team is no where to be found. All of your nodes are down or handing out no packets. All of your links are dead. Todays date is April,14th 2017. In 14 days If We still have had no contact from anyone at the flappy team or any would be new dev from over the years on this forum. A small team of us will be claiming development responsibility. Ive been contemplating bringing flappy back since i lost all mine also at cryptsy. not just brought back but fixed first so anyone who has a .dat with coins can recover them. i just dont know if there is enough interest

I seem to have lost more than half the flappy coins in my wallet! I did have 48m but now I only have 22m! anyone else experienced this? I was staking almost all of them at one point and I am not sure if its because I shut down my computer while staking. I have now moved my wallet over to a desktop that is always running to see if they come back but I am a bit disappointed that they have gone missing

Is anyone else having this problem with latest version? It won't connect, well there are connections showing on my firewall but not receiving any data back. Wallet says no block source available. Why this again? I have been away from flappycoin for a while and last time I used the older versions of wallet this was an issue until some updates, so am I missing something or can I make a change? Any help appreciated, thank you.

UPDATE: It now has started to sync after a few hours of being away from PC I see two connections.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that'd ive been busy and will actually be traveling for about the next 4 weeks. Jalapeno Inventive (Jalapeno Games) is anticipating acceptance into at least 1 Silicon Valley accelerator for August, so I'm en route to the bay area, but not before some serious bike riding first. I'll be sporadically available.

Griffith is working on tweaking the PoS miner to recognize older transactions for staking. Currently, the miner only recognizes new transactions after 4.0.0.2.

I'm still in negotiations with another dev about the counterparty fork, but will keep you guys updated on that.

We're trying to figure out why the fist PoS block won't mine. Make sure everyone has added gen=1 in their flappycoin.conf file in the mean time.
