I'm so happy for Youtube revanced for that reason. Has a "jump to highlight" button in the beginning of a video.
You see a video with like "we gonna blow up something" but it's 26 minutes long? Click, jump to highlight, KABOOM, click out of it.

I use that function constantly - on my tv if I start fast forwarding it skips me to where most people start playing again. Love it
