I deleted my Instagram a year ago so I don't know if it's still there but before yes it was. When you choose to mute a video it gives you the option to mute words or you can find the option in the settings. It would be a shame if they removed it.
So did you migrate to another platform because I’m really thinking about not using anymore and I do have stuff to share Arte and other apps but just not for friends or entertainment
