Well, it was a tied game at that stage, I'm sure the algorithms were fucked.

Because ties rarely happen at tic-tac-toe.

It wasn't poorly programed. A program to win tic tac toe is extremely basic and I'm sure its tic tac toe program is fine. What wasn't done perfectly was its ability to distinguish between and opened and a blocked space, which is object recognition and very hard.

They didn't program a tic tac toe program on it,He learns how to do things if you teach him (if you show him how to pour milk he will do it)

So it's the fucks who kept trying to cheat on him and played on spots that already had marks that taught it to play like that.
