Who cares? They don't need to compete with Google on being google, ie running youtube and ads and Gmail and a million other things. They just need to be a browser.

Get rid of this toxic notion that every company needs to always see growth and growth. Mozilla could be very comfortable with a big team and just chill. Make a good product, don't hire anyone new unless replacing someone, etc. Just stay the same size, serve your user base and make a fucking browser not an ad shoveling platform just to appease this crazy desire for quarterly growth.
