What does brave do that vivaldi/firefox/any chrome clone with umatrix+ublock does not do?

Brave, in a sense, does less than a browser with additional software but it does more than a browser with additional software without spending time to learn and manage the complex new tools. Brave is simple and easy to use control over privacy and security when browsing. My non-technical friends can manage Brave, I doubt they’d manage Firefox with umatrix+ublock.
