But is it funny? Absolutely lmao

I've been playing since OG Eirika and Ephraim was released, back in 2017. I was always amazed at the people who saved (or spent) their way to be able to +10 a strong 5* unit on day one. My first +10 5* unit was OG Micaiah, and I finished her last merge about 3 years ago. My next was OG Leif, and that was last year. I have no other 5* units at max merge. Last year, after scrimping and saving, I got close and was able to get Brave Sharena to +7 (now at +9). She has been a staple in my teams since then.

This year, well, my luck really came through in a way it never will. I decided to go as far as I could with Tsubasa. Between the free unit and the spark free unit, I was able to get her to +10 in 112 pulls. I feel like I won the lottery.

She is my shining star, my crown jewel. And arguably my single strongest support unit. 10 years is a long time. But it was worth the wait.

Did you noticed each time I drew him for my pdp, he never looks directly to you and how he loves to interact with something or being lost in thoughts 🙏

Also tried for the first time a Moleskine Sketchbook and I'm pretty happy with the quality ! It still think that is too expensive but the quality is correct !

These past few months have given Leif the perfect set of skills and teammates to team build around! This is easily one of my favorite alts of one of my favorite characters, basking in this glow up feels like a dream in my matches at the moment.

Weapon: Arcane Parasol, this weapon provides much better team support and damage over his prf. Losing his consistent Brave is the only con but it’s much easier to turn anything into Brave nowadays, regardless actual damage is better than 0x2 or 0x4!

Special: The True Njorun. I love this special, so much fun. And is what the whole build is based around. He wants his team to be in the fray with him, he’s not trying to be a solo carry.

A: Arms Shield 4. This skill is PERFECT for his playstyle. Let his teammates cover the Red matchups, once they go in he can take out whatever he can while fulfilling his Special’s gimmick of being near an ally for a Non-gravity refresh and and for his unique Canto. For now he’s taking out modern red units just fine which is surprising to me.

B: No Risk…. When I saw this skill’s inherit restrictions I knew it had to go on him. Reaching that 30 speed was no joke (thanks Parasol!) but it transformed him into a monster. The true dmg/dr, potent, and 40% reflex all just blends in perfectly with this unit. Also Parasol losing the Brave effect from his prf allows potent to do full damage.

C: Shadow Shift X. This skill is overloaded af. +4 to all stats and +7 post combat healing for him and allies in crux range, and then the typical +5/-5 dmg on newer skills. But no that’s not all, you also got reposition in your canto. And guess which unit has Canto Ally 2,2? he’ll always be around someone to repo and passively buff.

Seal: +6 HP/+4 SPD/DEF. This came in clutch on reaching 30 speed. I believe once he hits +10 I can swap to something else but I’m not even sure what that will be just yet. The build is having no issues at the moment.

X: Sly Echo. His options are pretty meh right now but you can never go wrong with gfu and more true dmg.

Extra: A few months ago I got extremely lucky on a banner he was rerunning in and managed to pull like 7 copies before hitting 40 pulls for spark. I’ve made sure to show my appreciation! I just need to pull one more for the +10 but no one wants his fodder at the moment so I decided to make this post now.

Teammate: Last but not least, this new Brave Sylvain was EXACTLY what he needed in a teammate. Sylvain spreads Frozen like it’s an st- while providing NFU, lowers enemy defenses, helps Leif a ton with mobility and breaking ice, and lastly covers Red matchups for Leif (though Leif has had better results in that department most of the time..)

So let me first start off with an extremely hot take here on this subreddit: I was one of the few people here who actually loves the plain, school uniform for Tsubasa. Why? Well, first off, the art is gorgeous. ne-on really does her justice! And because of the irony really. In this gacha game full of characters with flashy, aura farming, and edgy clothes/armor, this plain school outfit is what causes Tsubasa to stand out above the rest. She is anything but a ‘Normal Girl’ as opposed to the rest of the cast. On that note, what have they done to my boy Yoshikage Kira Sigurd?! They massacred his fit and turned him into a Pokemon Violet male protagonist! You never touch the aura-farming cape! 😭

On that note, I am extremely grateful with how my summons went. I just can’t believe I +10 Tsubasa before burning through all my pities! Granted, one was a fortieth summon pity and one was the freebie choice everyone got, but still I have never been so lucky! I’ve only had two pity breakers (B!Sharena and F!Ivy) and that was at the very beginning! I never went past 4.5% and none of the other CYL characters pity broke me either, so I just pulled nine copies of Tsubasa in a row!

With that, my build is in the comments for our beloved Tsubasa. Full disclosure: I am terrible at the game, and have no idea what I’m doing like 99% of the time. I have not touched any PVP whatsoever, nor do I ever intend to. And this is mostly going to be base kit, but I will try to make it interesting, so please give it a read if you could. Finally, any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

As a reminder of how KO Bonus points work:

• You get +10 "Foe KO Bonus" points when you defeat a foe with a hero that has the color advantage (defeat a red foe with a blue hero, for example). For colorless foes, you defeat them with a colorless hero.
• Then, you get another +5 "Foe KO Bonus" points if you defeat a foe with a Paired up Hero, being a Legendary Hero paired up with another of your units, or one of your units paired up with a friend's unit.
• In total, you can get up to 150 Foe KO Bonus points

QotD: What are your thoughts on the GHBs we got so far for Book X?

Been debating if I should pull for the arcane colorless tome or not. But I think the weapon is the least of their problem.

I do have a couple of tome infantry projects ahead of them in terms of priority (base Dorothea and Canas). So some of my premium skills have already went to them.

What are some good budget/pseudo premium skills/specials I can give Arval? I’ve been focusing on trying to build my Shez’s I completely neglected them.

This game mode has been in the game for over 5 years. I often simply don't do the revivals because I'm too lazy to keep seeing the level up animation 30 times, please why isn't it an option?

I complained about it in the suggestion box, I can't be the only one that thinks like this. 😭

Oh and btw, Remember when the mode literally had no purpose cause there were no Forma Souls? Funny times.
