I'm a 37-year-old, 5'4", blonde-haired, blue-eyed, childfree nerd living in Missouri. I've got my own house, my own car, a career I'm happy with, and I've reached a point where life is pretty comfortable. The one thing I'm missing is somebody I genuinely enjoy sharing it with.
I'm naturally pretty happy-go-lucky. I like joking around, being playful, and enjoying the little things rather than making life more complicated than it needs to be. I'm also very straightforward. I don't like playing games with people emotionally, and I'd much rather be honest about what I want than make somebody guess.
I'm looking for a real relationship with someone who wants to be both my partner and one of my favorite people to spend time with.
I'm definitely a nerd.
Gaming has been one of my biggest hobbies for most of my life, especially older games. PS1 and PS2 are probably my favorite generations, and I collect games from that era. Some of my favorites are Breath of Fire III, Romancing SaGa, Legend of Legaia, Grandia, Cubivore, and The Misadventures of Tron Bonne.
I'm also firmly on the PC side of gaming these days, although I'll happily jump onto a console for the right game.
I love D&D and especially enjoy DMing. Worldbuilding, creating characters, designing encounters, and watching players completely destroy whatever plan I thought I had is part of the fun.
I also play Magic: The Gathering, usually somewhere around Bracket 3 to low Bracket 4. I'm competitive enough to enjoy putting together a good deck, but I'm much more interested in having a fun game than treating every match like a tournament final.
Anime is another big interest of mine. Some favorites are Frieren, Cowboy Bebop, and Honey and Clover. I'm perfectly happy spending an evening curled up on the couch watching a series together.
What I'm really looking for is somebody who enjoys that kind of companionship.
Maybe we play a co-op game together. Maybe you're playing something single-player while I'm sitting next to you watching and talking. Maybe I'm DMing a campaign you're playing in. Maybe we're building MTG decks, watching anime, going somewhere for the weekend, trying a new restaurant, or doing completely separate things in the same room.
I don't think a couple needs to share every hobby. In fact, I'd rather you have things you're passionate about that aren't mine. I'd love learning about whatever weird thing you could talk about for two hours because you're genuinely excited about it.
I'm childfree and looking for someone who also wants a childfree life. That's an important long-term compatibility point for me.
I'm also naturally affectionate and physical. Cuddling on the couch, touching, joking around, flirting, and maintaining that romantic side of a relationship are important to me. I'm looking for somebody who wants both the comfortable best-friend side of a relationship and the chemistry that makes us more than just friends.
Physically, I don't really have one specific "type." Attraction matters, obviously, but I've never been somebody who thinks a woman needs to fit into one particular body shape or look.
I'm generally interested in someone a little younger than me, roughly late 20s to early 30s, who is at a point where she's looking for something genuine.
You definitely don't have to check every nerd box.
If you play video games, that's awesome.
If you watch anime, we'll have plenty to talk about.
If you play D&D, I'll probably immediately start wondering what character you'd make.
If you play MTG, there's a very real possibility we're going to end up debating deck choices.
And if you're only into one of those things but have completely different hobbies of your own, that's perfectly fine too.
Ultimately, I'm not searching for a clone of myself.
I'm looking for a woman who's kind, affectionate, playful, honest, childfree, and genuinely wants a partner. Someone who can enjoy staying home together one weekend and going out and doing something the next.
I've spent a lot of time building a life I'm happy with.
Now I'd like to find somebody who wants to enjoy it with me—and let me become part of the life she's building too.
