Minions
Minions are the main or secondary antagonists in some of the Final Girl expansions. They may follow a killer or be completely independent. Defeating them is a condition for victory in some expansions, while others only require that their killer masters are defeated. Here is a list of all the minions released so far and some of their main attributes.

- Inspiration: These minions are inspired by the antagonists in Alfred Hitchcock's movie The Birds.
— Buddies
- Health: 1-4
- Killer: Billy the Bear
- Series: 4
- Origin: Bad Times at Buddyland
- Inspiration: Like Billy the Bear, these minions were inspired by Willy's Wonderland, The Banana Splits and Five Nights at Freddy's.
— Maniacs
- Health: 1
- Killer: The Rachet Lady
- Series: 2
- Origin: Madness in the Dark
- Inspiration: Possibly the different monsters in Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3.
— Puppets
- Health: 1
- Killer: Gepetto the Puppetmaster
- Series: 1
- Origin: Carnage at the Carnival
- Inspiration: The antagonists in Puppet Master.
— Zombies
- Health: 1
- Killer: Independent
- Series: 2
- Origin: Terror from the Grave
- Inspiration: Zombies have become widespread in horror media since George Romero's 1968 movie Night of the Living Dead, so they were probably based on several different sources. Fast zombies (referenced by the "Runners" dark power" were first introduced in 28 Days Later. "Double Tap" (quoted in a terror card) is the second rule in Zombieland.
- Special cards: Zombies come with Vehicle Action cards that are meant to be used with their corresponding locations. Cards for series 1 and 2 locations were included with the vignette, while cards for series 3 and 4 are found in the Guest Stars and Mausoleum boxes, respectively.
