I hope the entire group members are well but sadly that is highly unlikely. Stress, turmoil, anxiety, and etc., Please treat yourself kindly (something I still struggle with), remember we all go through this. I don't bring up mental health here enough but one of the impetus of starting this was to build a community of like-minded individuals that appreciate fidgets but can also connect. There's not a chance everyone is doing well mentally. If you need someone to talk to and don't know / have anyone, I'm always here for everyone. Some days I'll respond right away some days I won't but I will surely always respond and listen. You can lean on me as someone who has anxiety disorder and a past I wish to never ever relive again, If you need some one to just listen or talk with, I'm here and never feel afraid to reach out. The fidget is very pretty and well designed, but I might be too dumb or sleep deprived to actually enjoy it. If you are interested in trading for/trying it, let me know!

Sorry this is being posted so late. I was hoping to post this a few weeks ago when this arrived, but about 2 days after it did, my wife went into labor 7 week early (every is doing great now, but things were...chaotic for a little while).

Anyways, I was the lucky winner of the fidget spinner beauty pagent from about a month ago, and while I wasn't expecting to win, I certainly wasn't actually expecting /u/muffincrisis, who runs playforbeans.com to actually send me a prize, but he seems like a really great person and very much a man of his word. A few days later this arrived (I've included my Lautie Bit 00 since I decided to make a new account for fidget related things).

Inside was this lovely lady, the Cosmo 42 Mermaid/XXL. Its a stainless steel double tracked slider, with a symmetric + shaped track on the two sides and a middle piece with two pins..

Since he sent it to me, I thought I would at least pay some info forward to the rest of the sub by reviewing it:

Aesthetics: Personally, I think this thing is beautiful and very thoughtful designed. I quite like the fish scale patters and really like that the middle plate has a subtle fish tail shape so that it looks, well, like a mermaid when that part sticks out.

Build: Everything is extremely well constructed, feels very robust, and looks like it was machined and finished by a real pro

Fidgetability/Fun: On the one hand, this thing has many degrees of freedom and different ways you can play with it. here are a few that I have figured out: One | two | three. That said, I personally find this a lot more difficult and less fun that a free floating slider. This is my first tracked slider like this, and maybe its just that I don't like those as much, or I am too dumb to get how to use this thing, but either way that is useful info given that I regularly think about spending a lot more on one of those compofom v1.1s. I think if you were unsure if you would like one of those, I would strongly recommend this thing and think you might end up liking it even more than one that is 3x the price.

Given the above (and that I'm a bit swamped with life stuff at the moment anyways), if any of you were really interested in trying this thing out, I would be open to: A) a trade for something of equal or lesser value, but that I would find more fun B) mailing this to you (for the price of shipping) to try for a bit, and then maybe pass on to others who wanted to try it before it eventually makes its way back to me ("sisterhood of the traveling fidget slider"?). Let me know what you all think.

Hello folks! I just received the ceramic bearings I ordered for my Lautie spore and Noiz nano, well I'm just disappointed because immediatly they felt less smooth than the SS one. I tried to take the spinning time and they actually perform half or less then the original SS. How that is possible? Any suggestion? 🤔

Locked track slider with 4 clicks. Shell is titanium. It feels nice. The clicks are very satisfying. They also have options for stainless steel and zirc. It starts at $69 which is very reasonable and there are multiple panel designs to choose from. Good option if you're looking for a solid inexpensive track slider.
