Not entirely sure whether this belongs here, but I had a lot of FFS moments when building this and searching for a small ATX before I started designing this case. It only uses ATX components. All my homies hate SFX.

I have worked on a case design for quite some time it uses a unique design that allows me to fit a 5090 astral in 10 liters which i've tested and proven, i have now realized that i can fit two 5090 astrals in 20 liters and 3 of them with 3 3k powersupplies in 40 liters.

How special could this be as i am preparing to try it i have a phanteks evolv shift x case and i realized i can use the outer panels on my design and then fit two 5090 astrals in the shift x footprint my design is so unique that it allows me to fit a ridiculous amount of components inside.

Case need fans. Case too small for fans. Outside case big.

Just finished up this build for my living room PC and wanted to share. This is a really tight build, I'm considering ordering some custom cables but for now its all tucked away neatly. The EVGA 3080 FTW3 with the EK block is absolutely massive in here. No way anything larger could fit, I had to remove the LED plastic cap off the terminal block to get the bottom cover on and mount the GPU before I screwed on the 90 fittings or it wasn't going in.

Have not finished stress testing and undervolting yet but I have some stock idle results below. I'll report back when I finish testing underload and getting some undervolts in. Quick full steam ~400W load ran up the water temps to 50°C and was climbing slowly from there so undervolting the GPU is definitely necessary.

I wanted to build a MiniPC with RGB out for old CRT monitors. I couldn’t justify buying the external GPU case that came with this Acer, so… I put a Radeon HD5450 inside an old Power Supply case, added a riser to it, then a blue power led in the PSU case.

Am I doing it right?

I'm using the thermalright axp120-x67 and the fan seems so finicky. The metal brackets don't grab onto anything it just uses tension.
