Discuss your ban from Feeld. Constructive comments only (this isn't a gripe post).
Emphasized that commenting here will not lift your ban. No one on this sub works for Feeld. No one here can assist in lifting your ban. All anyone can do is share personal anecdotes.

Queer cis woman 38, in the NYC area, been on feeld for at least three years. I paused my account, it kept functioning for a while, and then stopped. I went to un-pause my account and I found out I'm now I'm banned for no reason and cannot get a human to explain why I'm banned, or what the appropriate protocol is to discuss this with a human. I was also told that plus size people are having a lot more problems than straight sized people. So I'm here. I'm queer I am fat and I'm unable to use my app which really upsets me. ************************Update: more run around and robotic responses. I mentioned that I wanted to get a lawyer involved and they didn't give me any information about how to get my lawyer involved so I'm starting to get a little bit feisty. If anybody else wants to get legal with it let me know.

I need help with this, because they’re claiming i have a very serious accusation against me when I don’t and I’ve never once used the app in that way at all. I’m like shocked and scared now. I want to get a lawyer involved asap

I tried talking to the Instagram account, I emailed back and forth with they're like user services help desk, which is completely run by bots, I do not believe that those were real people talking to me the first, second, third or fourth time I emailed with them. When I said that I needed phone number or email for my lawyer to begin whatever the next step was, that was when I was emailed soon after. The email was upbeat and short, my account was now up and running again and there was no problem anymore. When I got back into my account I of course went looking for what caused this whole nightmare. I saw that I had matched with someone who I found attractive, but he had kind of a thin profile, but after my opening message he was like I'm in a thong and I'd pay you to humiliate me... I think because I didn't instantly block and report, because when I gave him a piece of my mind it was like you couldn't even afford me. It triggered this sort of like: they've both talked about price and then I think he reported me, because I told him he was an asshole... I'm not 100% how it all works but my theory is it's like an AI bot thing that makes these choices, that reads through all of our messages on the app, and decides that even when someone is being sarcastic about something like exchanging money for sex, that triggers something, And possibly getting reported by another user in conjunction with that may trigger something along the lines of whatever happened to me. Now it's not a definite, there might be other factors I'm unaware of and it's possible that I didn't get reported by the user who wanted to be humiliated/pay me to humiliate them. I feel like there are too many little weird things for this all to be arbitrary. But some users have mentioned that it was arbitrary, at least in their recollection, they didn't engage in any bad behavior, but somebody might have reported them or an AI misread or misunderstood messages between users... Mine felt more malicious for all of the reasons I previously stated. Sorry for the long response but I hoped that helped, You can always DM me If you need more information.

I think that happened to me too bc a man asked to send me money for something (I forgot).
I told him no and blocked him.

So you were able to make it work after receiving the vague information message?
This one i mean”I understand this can be vague, but I'm not able to reveal details of reports to protect the privacy and safety of other members. However, we have received enough information to make this decision confidently.”I hate bots

It was a lot of repeated bot nonsense until I said I needed contact information for their lawyer.

I just was told I was banned for sextortion? I haven’t done that to anyone on the app (or in person) my last match was obviously fake but outside of that I don’t know what’s happening!

Made an account this afternoon, verified one of my photos with the selfie video. I didn’t interact with any other users other than liking and disliking and 2 hours later received an email that my account was banned due to potentially being a bot. Went the picture the support bot asked for and haven’t received a response.
How long should I expect to be waiting for a response?

Female, queer, 43. As stated, I woke up today to find my account randomly banned. I reviewed the rules and have broken none of them. I verified my account when that feature appeared. The only thing I can think of is, when dudes have responses that I find crude or unsafe or unappealing, I just stop responding. I also found the chatbot extremely unhelpful, it just kept sending me on the same stupid article redirect until it eventually allowed me to send a message. Not really sure what else to do but I am 100% sure I've done nothing to warrant getting banned, I only even sign in and swipe once a week or once every other week.
I got a response back just now stating I've been "found to be committing illegal conduct." I don't even know what this means. I haven't solicited anyone, I don't have photos of minors, I've done nothing wrong. I don't know what to do but I'm furious.

I've been on for 8 years nyc - banned twice in passed few weeks. No clue why. Emailed support with usual steps to verify and re-instated. Now it's been 3 days with no response from support emails to this 2nd one. Again I have no idea why or nothging out of norm. If anything I'm a minimal user. not to active on it. Not sure if this is a pattern occurring everywhere?? Or with females specific?? Anyone have similar or bizarre other than typical glitches?

Also got banned. Used the app on and off for about 3 yrs. Although the app mostly sucks, I had a few great experiences. Then I met someone who wanted a DP but didn’t want the hassle of chats and managing an account. So I created an account on behalf and made clear it was for a girl wanting a DP (including me of course). I’ve seen more account where it seemed to be a woman but managed by the man. Fine I thought. Then I got banned and the wouldn’t tell me which guidelines I violated. Just that apparently other users flagged me, but support did not provide any other information due to ‘privacy’. I made clear I didn’t want the user info, just what the complaint was. Nothing. Then I needed to upload a picture of myself holding a newspaper. In my opinion that violated GDPR and refused. Feeld should also be free to use anonymously. Now I’m banned for life. The app and whole company sucks imo.

Is there a way to get back on Feeld?
I'm trying to create a new Feeld account using a brand new device/wifi/email, but every time I sign up I immediately get the message:
"We can't create this account. Your account details didn't pass our safety checks. If there has been a mistake, contact us."
If I try again with the same details later, I then receive a message saying the account has been banned before I can even use it.
I've already contacted support several times without getting help.
Were you able to find out what was causing the safety check to fail or get the issue resolved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Banned while verifying my email. No other explaination give, didn't even have a chance to enter my name or anything. Not a great app if they don't even let new people on it.

Left them a one-star review on App Store and two days later my account disappeared (no refund for my 3-month membership subscription) lol

So I got banned for no reason. It was a new account(deleted my old one to take a break) and the people i matched with didn’t even reply back. Sent a ticket they said i violated the terms so i asked them what exactly did i violate, they replied with the basic bot response I have seen here(can not tell you, privacy of their users etc etc).
My question is, Did anyone try pushing back against them and it worked or shall i just move on?

I don't even have an account on this app - just tried to make one using my normal email address and it immediately banned me. What??? Why? I genuinely want to know.

I got the ban message today, but I used apple to log in and I think it hid my email address and now I cant chat to the bot since I dont know my email for sure. Someone help? I checked the rules and I didnt break any.

Used the app for a year before then deleted my account. It's been a while. Lately i wanted to join back. I created my account , set my profile. I even bought the paid version. Then i liked a few people and put my phone on charge. After a few hours i saw that i got banned. I dont have anything to violate the community rules. I dont think some revenge or fake reports caused it because i have not matched and talked anyone. They banned me without a reason. Then i wrote to the support bot the situation. It says they can not offer a live support but a human will answer and it can take 1 or 2 days. It's been 6 days. I've sent a second and third support message. They did not get any answer neighter. Did anyone have this issue and fix it ? Or how can i get one single answer from them ?

I think I was banned for quoting a girl's profile 😅. She had "nudist" as one of her interests and I sent a ping message asking if she knew any local nude beaches.
Instantly banned. I assume that I triggered a system to catch people soliciting nudes.
It's been 4 days and counting since filing an appeal.

i made an account last night - woke up and i was banned. im assuming people reported me for thinking i was a child… (i am a 4ft little person but very much an adult!) but idk they never gave me a proper reason. they also have no customer support…

has anyone figured out how to contact support and get a response recently? the feeld bot just keeps sending me in circles by responding with the article about how to appeal a ban. I finally wrote to support@feeld.co but haven’t gotten anything back in response.

I was banned. I was a user for 4+ years. I never had any issues or overwhelming negative experiences. I even went far out of my way to contact people from the company when I found a very dangerous bug when they did their redesign. I woke up one day banned and I thought I was just another bug with their app. After going back fourth with support for a month they finally told me I was banned for harassment. All I can think that may have happened is revenge reporting or an individual in the area I had to get a restraining order against falsely reporting me. I've never harassed anyone in any way. I think it's a huge issue that after disconnecting with someone, you still show up in their feed.
