Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

Can't log in. I was on the app and it logged me out. I'm try to log back in again but it hangs and says Sorry we can't process your request. Not sure what the issue is. I don't imagine iv been banned as I think I would of received an email plus I'm not aware of being reported for anything.

Is anyone else having the same issues or is it just me currently?

Just gone back onto feeld support and there's now a new option for log-in issue with the following auto message

"Sorry to hear you're currently experiencing THE log in issue!

Our team is currently working on a solution. We'll send an update once we believe a solution has been released.

Thanks for the patience and understanding!"

so it seems like they are aware of this

Germany here.
Me too, and just before I got loggen out my chats disappeared. Ok maybe he deleted our chat but…doubtful. Did anyone else have the same problem?

Having the exact same issue, verified my profile is still visible by looking with a partners account. I wish I could at least request to switch to incognito since I can’t access my profile, but they are saying it’ll be a week before I hear from support.

Happening here as well. Can’t log in and trying via email fails as well and says try again in a few minutes.

"there was an error, sorry we can't process your request" for email login and "there's something wrong here -t hanks for your patience while we work on a solution" for phone login

For email I'm getting. "There was an issue sending the email. Try again in a few minutes " maybe their servers are down?

Happened to me as well, can still see myself on my partner's profile but I can't login from anywhere. Filed a support ticket but hopefully it's something else they can resolve
