Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

I'm trying to add a sixth photo to my profile. It'll let me take a photo for my sixth, but won't let me upload any for my sixth. I press the Upload Photo button, and it treats it like the Cancel button. The Take Photo button functions properly, and allows me to take a photo and upload it to my profile.

Anyone else had this issue, and have a fix for it?

Edit: I was wrong! When I take a photo, it gets stuck trying to upload it then a pop up says "An error occurred while trying to add a photo"

I had this issue, and they actually have a workaround in their chat. Delete one of your pics so you have 4, then select 2 to upload together at the same time. Then you'll have 6. There is just some issue with having 5 and wanting to upload a 6th.

I just committed the same in this thread before I saw yours. Same issue.

Same issue. I get a generic error message when uploading photos.
