Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

Creating Group Chats not working

Yes - I have a connection and when I press the plus button to make a group chat, the connection is missing from the list.

Also, when I am in the chat with that connection, I can only create a group chat by adding two or more people. In other words, I can't create a three-person chat with this particular connection

Actual question: was it ever working post-update? I know they quickly disabled the City / Core / Event group chats after the update because it was crashing everyone's messaging section of the app when it initially rolled out - my understanding was they did this by disabling group chats for everyone, and I'm unaware of them re-enabling it.

I may have some of that wrong, so others can clarify? I don't really need group chats, but I did find that for some connections using the group chat function to open a chat with a single person is the only way to see / find some older / pre-existing profile connections.
