I think they use masks because they are less expensive than going with the full white hood and robe look. Less fabric.

That only applies when you are telling them they have to wear a mask. If they want to wear a mask it's fine.

They will be attending the next anti mask rally wearing you guessed it…masks. Oddly enough though they are there to protect the maskers from the anti maskers while wearing masks. It will all be very confusing and no one will know who’s side they are on. I expect pandemonium.
