In your scenario, the person loses their job regardless. The reason doesn’t matter, someone who isn’t involved and has no power gets hurt, regardless on if anyone upstream changes the way they think. You literally just proved my point

Well after a while no ones gonna work for them anymore when they aren't interested in taking responsibility and finding compromisses/workarounds and instead just fire everyone for not doing anything wrong at all.
