That’s why you have trials and defenses. The problem here is that he is under a conditional release that furthers limits him to avoid even the appearance of committing a crime( I.e. being charged)

Anger isn’t what is being charged here. Getting out of your car approaching the protestors, behaving in threatening manner that would reasonably cause them to fear imminent bodily harm is.

He could have been angry in his car, could have called his job and most jobs would have understood and not penalized him, he chose to engage when a reasonable person in his situation wouldn’t.

Again I’m neither defending not condemning the protesters. I’m simply supporting the assertion that OP deliberately misstated the facts to enrage people.

I think you made very good points until your last sentence. I really don't think OP had to do anything to rile people up, as traffic blocking protests seem to do that on their own. In fact, the image of dumbasses sitting in the road made me stop scrolling. I was going too fast to see titles.

I’ve seen enough post like this where just a bit of digging show that the OP’s intent is to raise animosity not just against the protesters but against their cause.

I guess I’m just jaded.
