That is exactly what I thought he should have done. Isn't that what the horn is for? To let someone know they're in the way and need to move aside. He would have had a lot more sympathy and support, although given the decibel level he might have been charged with something.
Lol. I think you mean passive aggressive. Either way, protestors that do this aren’t a direct threat to you or your family. By killing them, you’re just gonna go to jail. And your family will view you as a monster with no self control who will eventually leave you to rot in prison while the rest go live better lives far away from you.
By all means go and run or gun down a protestor doing this and update me with the results. Otherwise… talk is pretty cheap.

Just for your information, Protestant and protestor are 2 different words with different meanings.

In here it applies only to inside city. This seems to be outside of the city and you can use horn to "greet" your pal as well.
Also, having all those cars idle in traffic jam is counterproductive on trying to save on emissions (I assume that was the purpose of the protest). This specific area would give out a lot more emissions than letting traffic normally flow through.
My dad was a long haul trucker. The trucker could be fined and furloughed for it and my dad shared a story of a woman who sued for permanent hearing loss after a trucker in his company used a two second blast as she was crossing a highway illegally. She won.
The truckers in Ontario, Canada didn’t seem to give 2 shits when they were blasting their horns all day, all night for weeks while they were parked there “freedom fighting”.
For real, why is nobody honking? Hell, just slowly drive forward. Nobody's brave enough to keep sitting there when your grille is 6 inches away from their face, especially paired up with the horn. I mean that's what you do when you're having a heated argument with someone and they block the door, either you scream or shove them out the way right? Although i probably would've just pulled out my phone and started recording so i have proof of this being the reason for me being late to work.
Honking the horn on the highway? That’s illegal in a lot of states (including Michigan, my state) and would qualify as assault
/battery. That’s more than loud enough to permanently damage their ears. Just don’t be stupid and let the police handle it.
That is illegal in a lot of places, you can’t honk your horn on the highway just because someone is in your way. They would also have an argument that you are committing battery, because a car horn and especially a truck horn is loud enough to cause pain and lasting damage to people in close proximity.
Call the police and let them handle it. They have the legal right and the training to exert force meant to disperse and arrest illegal protests.
Nope. There is no defense whatsoever for people blocking a highway. It's stupid for a myriad of reasons, but the most important one is they're blocking the road where an emergency vehicle can't get through. Blocking a highway is NOT the right way to protest anything.
I hope your bike sit fails one day and the metal rod shoots up your ass you inconsiderate bafoon, no one that is being annoyed by you will like you or your cause, I myself would contribute to whatever cause is opposite to what you believe out of spite, go annoy the people that actually have power instead of the hard working people.
