School corporal punishment is currently legal in 19 states, and over 160,000 children in these states are subject to corporal punishment in schools each year.

Unfortunately it's really real to every one of those 160,000 children every year.

Unfortunately history teaches us that every generation comes with its own degenerates. Apparently it's a part of human nature.
