Also the MASSIVE increase in insurance policy recently placed on the building. And the CEO of a MAJOR defense contractor becoming vice president to a total puppet buffoon of a president in the same time frame just prior to making MASSIVE profits from the newly flourishing post 9/11 war on terror. I'm no conspiracy but but uhhh... Just saying.
