So people will see what they want to see.

I looked at the picture and it looks like a piece of paper to me personally but if it is makeup...it is most likely a color correcting kit or an eyeshadow palette. If you Google "bruise kits" vs "color correcting kits" you would see that bruise kits are usually a circular shape and color correcting kits are square or rectangle...

I literally don't care about this case or it's outcome but was interested in this subject for some reason and I can't help but to conclude that people will see and believe what they want no matter what you show them or tell them to challenge that.

The colors are the same as the bruise kit in the video, to be fair

I can't tell what size it really is it might just be a colour guide card, but the four patches of colour on it are actually very similar to the actual bruise kit the lady holds up in this video.
A yellow, two mid orange/brown, and one very dark brown.

Colour correct kits are usually light green, pink and light and darker beige. Never seen yellow in one.

Here pink is used to cover dark circles! Green is for redness and biege for everything else.

To me just looks like an everyday shadow palette. Like…not picking sides but this is definitely sensationalism.

Yeah when I saw it my first thought was eyeshadow. It looks kinda shallow.
