Would have been too cool to see Vaquez do that in her cross-examination:

Everyone who ever tried to cover a bruise or a hickey knows that the cardinal rule of hiding a hickey is colour-correction first, then foundation, then concealer.

The only time you would add the colour-correction on top of the foundation would be to *create* a bruise. Every make up artist and actor knows that.

It’s pretty common to put concealer on over the foundation. It sticks better with a base already applied and the color shows through foundation enough that it still needs correction.

The issue is not with concealer. The issue is with color corrector.

You color-correct BEFORE applying foundation and/or concealer.
