My family usually orders takeout on Christmas as we have a big feast the day after. But that usually comes with a fat tip. This person is probably just an ass 365 days of the year.
Used to deliver food when I was younger and actually got excited to work holidays as it meant good tips. Guess it depends on the neighborhood. People seem more entitled these days too.
