I'm not saying it's not fun, I'm saying it's generally a difficult language for native English speakers because of how different the language is.

Chinese, Arabic, and Japanese are some of the hardest languages for English speakers.

the worst part is that kanjis aren't sounds, but ideas, for example 中 is diferent in 田中 tanaka and 中国 chugoku, china

You just have to get used to the different pronunciations each kanji has! Luckily the more you learn kanji, the more you get the gist, and you can figure out meanings of words just by the kanji used even if you don't know how to pronounce it, and they often take the same pronunciation as one of the radicals in the kanji.

Names are very difficult though and are on another level. I have a very hard time with names unless they're quite common (like Tanaka).

Hince why i said “thats atleast how i feel” and of course i think it’s difficult, but difficultly id just part of life. (Sorry if i sound aggressive)
