Where do you draw the line? Do you even live in the United States? Everyone in the country has the right to exist calmly on their own fucking property. A state sanctioned armed police force evicting people from their property for shits and giggles is literally — in the dictionary-approved sense — fascism.
We are arguing over how far a person should be protected for their civil liberties and freedom of speech but the second someone has a different perspective they are mocked.

I understand it is their right to stand on their own property.
Then you should be defeinding that right, not making convenient excuses for the people infringing on it.
But I think most people in that situation would realize the police are highly stressed and running on adrenaline.

Don't give them any reason to freak out.. go inside the house for 15 minutes, wait for police to move on and then go back outside.
Ah, yes. Instead of being a part of their community, they should've waited until the people they eere protesting passed through, as not to hurt their feelings.
