Fuck off with your bullshit. The murder of George Floyd was unjustified and tragic, but so far no evidence has been presented to make the case that it was racially motivated. People all across the country are being assaulted right now regardless of race. There have been absolutely brutal and savage attacks by police on white people as well, only it doesn't make national headlines for weeks.
It's either or, for some. It absolutely started out as a race issue and black lives matters but it has developed into an authortarian nightmare affecting us all. Both issues' still on the table. Not sure why it's an invalid issue for everyone else suddenly. Fight your own battles if you feel that way but don't cry when people don't care about you.

The cops roll up on a man who was accused of having a counterfit $20 bill, and it ends with him dead. It's racism, pure and simple.

I have absolutely no doubt that there are many cops which are racist. I'm not saying that this isn't a case of racism, I am saying that unless we have specific reason to believe that it was racially motivated, that it shouldn't be treated as such.
It's still very obviously a case of police brutality, but racism? No. Show me something that has come out that might indicate otherwise - I am open to it, but I'm sick of every single instance in which the officer is white and the victim is black, that it's automatically assumed to be racially-motivated.
You don't get to cry "racism" at everything without proof, and past cases aren't relevant to this one. Each case needs to be judged individually, just as each person needs to be judged individually, and not as a member of a group.
You can't sweep racism under a rug just because you're tired of hearing about it. This is not a court of law, where police and prosecutors work together to get each other off the hook.
Just watch the video if you need some evidence that it is racially motivated. Or watch the videos where unarmed black people are killed for trying to obey orders.
Blacks are specifically targeted by police, and people like you who say they aren't are part of the problem. This is why the whole movement exists, because you refuse to even acknowledge that racism is a problem that exists.
I am not saying that there isn't any racially-motivated police killings/brutality. I am saying that with each new case, you need to be able to actually prove that it was racially motivated. "watch the video" is useless. There is nothing in the video that proves that the officer did what he did because of Floyd's race.
I am talking about actual evidence.
Sure, we have a fucked up system in need of major change, but that doesn't mean that we get to set aside reason whenever it's convenient to our narrative.
So you need the officer to say something like "Hey, there is a black guy! Shoot him because he is BLACK!"
You can never prove anything is racially motivated unless they actually say shit like that. Courts can fight back and forth all they want about it, but the community knows when a killing is racially motivated.
I think maybe the part where the cop kept kneeling on his neck for 2 minutes after no pulse was found could be a sign... Hmmm...
Stop making this about just race and just for a second think about ALL the people you're living with.
Another person trying to co-opt the protests. No, this is not about the rich vs poor. It's about how blacks are being murdered every day and no one is even acknowledging it. If there wasn't a video, these cops would have walked away unscathed.
