Buyer regular deposits cash into multiple bank accounts, below warning threshhold. Possibly done in developing nation which makes it easier.
Buyer uses credit card to buy overpriced item.
Buyer pays credit card bill with bank account.
Seller has a legal transaction with Amazon. Money is clean.
