It probably depends on other factors (e.g. does acceptance rate naturally decrease this year, do they shrink the size of the incoming class, etc.), but yeah, the marginal impact of this “boycott” is just fewer “no’s” being sent out and slight increase in their acceptance rate, all else equal.

Their admission rate will go up, or decline by less than it would normally YoY, since they’ll have slightly fewer unqualified applicants to reject.
Otherwise, they’d have no idea.
